If you set all your equipment up prior , get it up and running and just let it do its thing of recording , have the itc apps running in the background if that’s your thing , but the magic happens when you begin to sensitize to your space , you build and work with the energy in your environment . You have to feel your space , all spaces , locations , land will have many layers to them and although many layers will be in the distant past the layers are multidimensional , just as you are , you have to build a connection , you build emotional resonance , you work with the earth , work with the nature elements , everything in your environment is energy , everything from the rocks to the breeze, you concentrate not on your equipment , but focus on communication increasing its momentum with energy in motion.

So you open yourself up , ground and centre and have the intent to receive , with your heart open in gratitude and love , a high consciousness always includes the earth , with practice You can Start to feel at cellular level and the land will talk to you , when you become one with the land you become one with the history and you start to open yourself up to the wisdom , wisdom is information and you enter other realms via the vision and feelings of clairaudience , clairsentience, claircognizance and so on and as the third eye receives combined with vision of the physical , two worlds cross , they merge and in those moments they seem as one , and the history of that space becomes alive , you ask the land if it will connect with you , you ask the keepers of the land , the energy of the land to connect with you , you do this to build a connection you build the energy , with passion and purpose , the land the spirits the ancestors will be aware of the surge of energy which they can draw from and greet you , you will start to pick up intuitively , more questions will then flow , but questions based on what is being received , rather than just suggestion from your apps , you will also be surprised what is recorded , if you have an itc app running as it scans through the channels through the banks , even whilst sensitized to your environment you will hear responses right in the moment , you can go live with this , your viewers will experience this too , they can take screen shots as the energy builds and even via the method of remote viewing tune into the space and write down what they are feeling , receiving .

More Ghostly Tales in People's own words...

As ghost hunters we get approached by many people who have unexplained things going on either at their workplace or home - here below is an account from someone that used to work in a popular pub & hotel in Maidstone Kent - The White Rabbit.

The location itself is very interesting indeed

The Grade II listed building on Sandling Road has had a colourful history, serving as the officers' mess for Invicta Barracks, built in 1779 as a reaction to the threat of Napoleon

Here's her account of her time there :

In 2003 I was working in the White Rabbit as a room attendant in the upstairs rooms. There are 12 rooms for the public, rooms 1-9 on the first floor, rooms 10-12 on the second but room no 13 also on the second floor was always used by the assistant manager as a ‘live in’ room. We would all often talk of the strange things going on upstairs, when we used to be on the top floor we would always hear footsteps on the stairs, and various other noises, there was never anyone up there only myself and Jane who I worked with. Sometimes we’d stick our head out the door of whatever room to see if anyone was around but there never was, the ‘please service my room’ signs would always be swinging from the door handles though. The assistant manager would always say that he would go to bed in room 13 with the door shut and light off but when he woke in the morning, the light would be on and the door open, we always thought he was messing about with us. When he left, Jane and I were asked to give his room a good clean. Once we had done most of it I suggested to Jane that she go to make a start on rooms 10-12 while I hoover room 13, so off she went. I can remember to this day, once I had finished I stopped at the door and took a quick look around to make sure the room was as it should be, I hesitated, did I lock the door or not at I left? Nothing in there really but if I lock it and we need to get it again we have the master key, so to be on the safe side, I dropped the catch locking the door and left to find Jane. We were together the whole time we were cleaning the rooms. Room 12 was further down the corridor and once we had finished we had to pass Room 13 to get back to the laundry room, Jane stopped and asked me “Did you lock the door?” I nodded and replied “Yes I did” Jane took the handle to check, she promptly twisted the handle and walked straight into the room, not only that, but the light was on, we hadn’t even had the light on!!! I’m a believer, always have been but that was too much for me? We had to go for a break because I was so shocked by it. I’ve never had a real experience like that, one that I couldn’t justify. We went and had a tea break, but I refused to go up on that second floor on my own ever again. When I first started there I was told that many people have experienced various things there. Jane’s daughter had seen a little girl in a room in that should have been empty, she checked with Jane, they went back but the girl was gone. I was told that the ghosts there are friendly and have never harmed anyone. The building was the original officers mess for the army, so we guessed that many went to war and never came back, well, maybe they did. Scared the wits out of me I know that!

Ghostly Tales From A Grave Digger

As you can imagine we go and investigate lots of very interesting places and locations, we are currently in lockdown like everyone else and we were having an online discussion about the most haunted places we can think of, castles, forts were obviously there and then someone said they thought grave yards have just got to be - so we thought we would ask a grave digger for their thoughts on it !! We didn't exact expect what we got back!

'I work at Maidstone cemetery and have seen a few things. One occasion was whilst working towards the top of the cemetery, near to the war graves section. 2 of my colleagues were on a section called pp1 next to the war graves, and I was around 150 meters away from them but could see across to where they were digging a grave. As I drove towards them I could see a woman standing behind one of my colleagues just over his shoulder in a long brown coat, clearly talking to him in an animated way with her arms moving around. I watched this going on whilst driving the dumper thinking to myself what does this person want, then when around 30 meters away from them, went past a conifer tree that blocked my view for a split second, then the woman was gone. When I got over to my colleague I asked him what did she want, he said what the hell are you talking about, I said the woman you were talking to, where did she go (as its an open piece of the cemetery with nowhere to disappear to) he looked at me like I'd lost the plot and I was the only one who had seen her.

Another occasion was when unlocking the gates at 6.50 in the morning, I had opened one gate and driven into the cemetery, while driving to another gate I saw a small boy, probably 6/8 years old running across one of the older sections called R1 in Victorian era clothing, the sort of thing work house kids are depicted as wearing, I drove around to the other side of the section while watching him run across, when I turned the corner of the section where I would of been right in front of him he disappeared

Seen quite a few disappearing people and so has my colleague, like seeing someone walking in the distance, getting closer while driving and they disappear, my colleague gets all jumpy about it so we sort of pretend it hasn't happened now!
